The Sobha Downtown UAQ Master Plan is a coastal development spanning 25 million sq. ft. in Umm Al Quwain. Designed as a sustainable “city within a city” by Sobha Realty, this master-planned community integrates luxury residential chapters, a massive commercial trade zone, and over 7 km of natural beachfront, making it the most significant urban project in the Northern Emirates.
